 ate. As society has become digital\, the definition of state has changed. 
 It no longer refers only to land borders\, but digital borders. It's hard 
 to escape discussions of "digital sovereignty". Where does our data live?

 n top of Big Tech companies based in the US. As the relationship between E
 urope and the US has changed and continues to change\, Europe now question
 s: do we depend too heavily on technology providers beyond our own soverei
